| 备注 |
A workplace meal coupon issued by the Hotel Kristal in Opatija, operating under the self-managed organizational structure mandated by Yugoslav socialist law. "OOUR" — Osnovna Organizacija Udruženog Rada, or Basic Organization of Associated Labor — was the fundamental economic unit created by the 1974 constitution and the Associated Labor Act of 1976, through which enterprises were legally disaggregated into semi-autonomous cells. Hotel Kristal functioned as one such cell within the broader Kvarner Express tourism conglomerate.
These coupons were a standard mechanism of Yugoslav worker self-management: meal entitlements distributed to staff as part of compensation, redeemable in the hotel's own catering facilities rather than circulating externally.
