| 备注 |
Pürstling is a tiny village in the Hausruck district of Upper Austria — the kind of place that issued Notgeld not out of monetary ambition but sheer necessity. The postwar collapse of the Habsburg monetary system left small rural communities without enough small-denomination coinage to conduct basic commerce, and hundreds of Austrian parishes responded by printing their own emergency scrip between 1919 and 1921. Pürstling's issues are among the more obscure in the Jaksc catalogue, reflecting both the village's size and the limited print runs typical of single-parish issuers.
The single signature of Joh. Wagner almost certainly represents the Bürgermeister or a designated municipal officer rather than a bank official — there was no bank to speak of.
