Two circular guilloche rosettes, each bearing the numeral '10', are positioned at left and right. Below the central vignette, a three-line liability text names the municipality and is dated 'Krems, 23. Zur Linderung der Kleingeldnot gibt die Gemeinde Krems unverzinsliche Kassenscheine im Gesamtbetrage von K 50.000.- aus. Sie werden bis 31. Oktober 1920 in Zahlung genommen und in der Zeit vom 16. bis 31. Oktober 1920 in gesetzlichem Bargelde eingelöst. Die Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft. |
