Zur Linderung der Kleingeldnot gibt die Gemeinde Krems unverzinsliche Kassenscheine im Gesamtbetrage von K 50.000.- aus. Sie werden bis 31. Oktober 1920 in Zahlung genommen und in der Zeit vom 16. bis 31. Oktober 1920 in gesetzlichem Bargelde eingelöst. Die Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft. |
