| Obverse description | Helmeted head of Athena facing right, rendered in archaic-influenced style typical of Ionian civic coinage. The goddess wears a Corinthian helmet pushed back on her head, revealing her facial features with a prominent nose and chin in profile. Flowing locks of hair emerge beneath the helmet, falling along the neck. The relief is moderately high against a plain, slightly irregular flan. |

| Reverse description | An owl, symbol of Athena, stands facing right atop the prow of a ship (aphlaston or ram), rendered in compact style characteristic of small fractional silver coinage. The city ethnic ΛΕ appears in the upper left field, abbreviated from ΛΕΒΕΔΙΩΝ, while the magistrate's name ΔOPKΩN is inscribed along the lower portion of the field. The ship's prow is depicted in profile with decorative volute scroll detailing. The design occupies most of the flan, which shows minor striking irregularities consistent with hammered production. |
