The central field carries a block of letterpress text in German citing the legal basis for the Konversionskasse and quoting Section 4 of its statutes verbatim. Juni 1933 gegründet. § 4 ihrer Satzung lautet: ,,Die Kasse darf über die bei ihr eingezahlten Beträge auf Reichsmark lautende unverzinsliche Schuldscheine ausstellen.
