| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in black on plain paper with a fine ornamental border of interlocking guilloche chain running along all four edges. The central field carries a block of letterpress text in German citing the legal basis for the Konversionskasse and quoting Section 4 of its statutes verbatim. The series letter and serial number are printed in two lines at the lower margin, left and right respectively. |
| Reverse lettering | Die Konversionskasse für deutsche Auslandsschulden ist durch § 2 des Gesetzes über Zahlungsverbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Ausland vom 9. Juni 1933 gegründet. § 4 ihrer Satzung lautet: ,,Die Kasse darf über die bei ihr eingezahlten Beträge auf Reichsmark lautende unverzinsliche Schuldscheine ausstellen. Die Bestimmungen über die Einlösung der Schuldscheine trifft die Reichsbank" Serie B Nr.0305013 (Translation: The Conversion Fund for German Foreign Debts was established by Section 2 of the Law on Payment Obligations to Foreign Countries of June 9, 1933.
