Obverse description Central field depicts the Dabotap Pagoda (National Treasure No. 35), situated at Bulguksa Temple in Gyeongju, rendered in fine detail with its characteristic multi-tiered stone structure. The Hangul denomination 십원 (Ten Won) appears to the left of the pagoda, while the issuer legend 한국은행 (Bank of Korea) is inscribed to the right. The design is framed by a beaded border running along the inner rim.
