Без хозрасчетного знака ни одна бригада, прораб, мастер и десятник в своем цехе или стройгруппе не получит для работ материалов, изделий и услуг. Без хозрасчетного знака не могут сдаваться изготовляемые бригадами, прорабами, мастерами, десятниками изделия и выполненные работы.
