| Descrizione del rovescio | Dionysos depicted standing to the left in a relaxed contrapposto stance, holding a bunch of grapes extended in his raised right hand, with a thyrsos or vine-staff in his left. Two monograms appear in the lower field, one to the left and one to the right of the deity's feet, serving as magistrate or mint-control marks. The ethnic legend ΔΙΟΝΥΣΟΥ ΣΩΤΗΡΟΣ ΜΑΡΩΝΙΤΩΝ encircles the design, identifying the coin as issued in honor of Dionysos Soter by the Maronites.
