| Beschrijving keerzijde | A tall cylindrical cult statue of a deity, identified as the goddess Amisos or alternatively as the tutelary deity of the city, stands centrally in the field, rendered in a rigid, archaic pillar-idol style. To the left and right of the cult image, the ethnic legend ΑΜΙΣΟΥ is divided across the field in Greek characters. A cornucopia or thyrsus decorated with a cluster of grapes hangs to the right of the idol, referencing fertility and prosperity. The composition is symmetrical and monumental, reflecting the civic pride of Amisos under Pontic royal patronage. The reverse field is flat with a slightly irregular flan. |
