| Beschrijving voorzijde | Severely stylised and disintegrated head of Apollo facing right, rendered in a highly abstracted late Celtic manner. The wreath, a vestigial attribute of the Apollo prototype, is suggested by a loose arrangement of pellets, a single spike, and crescent devices distributed across the field. All detail is extremely crude, reflecting the advanced degeneration of the original Gallo-Belgic prototype through successive copying. The flan is irregular and the overall execution is characteristic of the cast bronze coinage of the Durotriges. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Highly abstracted remnant of a horse moving left, reduced to its most schematic elements: two legs rendered as curved lines or pellets, with additional scattered pellets indicating the body and further vestiges of the animal. The design represents the extreme terminal degeneration of the classical horse motif common to British Iron Age coinage, here barely recognisable as a zoomorphic figure. The field is otherwise plain, and the flan edges are notably irregular, consistent with the cast production technique of the Durotrigan series. |
