The effigy displays strong portraiture typical of Trajanic issues, with the laureate wreath clearly articulated across the brow. The surrounding field carries the Greek imperial titulature legend distributed around the bust. The flan is irregular and somewhat broad, consistent with hand-struck provincial bronze fabric of the period. |

To the right stands Demeter facing left, holding a torch and a cornucopia, emphasizing the city's role as a centre of both commerce and divine worship. The regnal year date appears in the field. |
