| Reverse description | Standing figure of Dikaiosyne (Justice/Equity) advancing to the left, holding scales in one hand and two ears of corn in the other, emblematic of civic prosperity and fair governance. The surrounding Greek legend names the local magistrate Artas with his epithet philopatris and the civic ethnic of the Prymnessians. A monogram incorporating the letters ΓΡΑ (possibly a magistrate's abbreviation) appears in the field. |

| Additional information |
Prymnessus was a minor Phrygian city whose civic coinage under Tiberius leaned heavily on local identity — the magistrate name Artas and the ethnic epithet ΦΙΛΟΠΑΤΡΙΣ ("lover of his homeland") both appear here as deliberate assertions of local prestige within a conventus dominated by the larger center at Synnada. Such epithets on civic bronzes from this period were not boilerplate; they were chosen by the issuing authority and reflect genuine civic pride, or occasionally political maneuvering within the Roman administrative structure.
