Below the cityscape, the denomination numerals '50' and 'Pf' flank a large baroque cartouche enclosing the city arms supported by lion supporters, signed by the artist J. Dominicus at lower right. The lower margin bears the issuing authority inscription and two manuscript facsimile signatures alongside the date 'Münster, den 1. August 1921' and the legend 'Der Magistrat'. |
