| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in black on white paper and consists entirely of dense legal text in Spanish, setting out the articles authorizing and governing the issuance of these Treasury Letters ('Letras de Tesorería') for the cancellation of obligations of the Province of Entre Ríos under the 'Federal' programme, as established by Ley N° 9359/01 and Decreto N° 9999/01. The text references a total emission of one hundred million pesos and establishes the terms of redemption, negotiability, and equivalence with Argentine legal tender. At the foot of the text, the place and date of authorization 'PARANÁ, 1 de Octubre de 2001' are noted. |
