| Rückseitenbeschreibung | The reverse is printed in black on white paper and consists entirely of dense legal text in Spanish, setting out the articles authorizing and governing the issuance of these Treasury Letters ('Letras de Tesorería') for the cancellation of obligations of the Province of Entre Ríos under the 'Federal' programme, as established by Ley N° 9359/01 and Decreto N° 9999/01. The text references a total emission of one hundred million pesos and establishes the terms of redemption, negotiability, and equivalence with Argentine legal tender. At the foot of the text, the place and date of authorization 'PARANÁ, 1 de Octubre de 2001' are noted. |

| Anmerkungen |
Entre Ríos was one of several Argentine provinces that issued quasi-currency during the 2001–2002 convertibility crisis, when the federal government's freeze on bank withdrawals — the corralito — effectively strangled provincial finances. These provincial bonds, technically "Letras de Cancelación de Obligaciones Provinciales" or similar instruments, circulated as de facto cash because there was nothing else available. Entre Ríos had a long history of fiscal independence and was not shy about it.
The PS# designation in standard catalogs indicates a provincial or state issue rather than a national one. The absence of a Pick number here suggests this specific note hasn't been fully catalogued — or was a short-lived emission absorbed into the broader LECOP or Patacón literature without individual documentation.
