The right panel carries the bold numeral '50' in large blue script flanked by the denomination 'halerzy' above and below, with a block of Polish text setting out the redemption conditions, the issuing authority 'Magistrat miasta Cieszyna dnia 1. czerwca 1919', and two manuscript signatures for the Burmistrz and the Wydział Skarbowy, issued with the authorization of the Rada Narodowa Księstwa Cieszyńskiego. |
