Jänner 1902, with three facsimile signatures of the Generalrat, Gouverneur, and Generalsekretär below. A circular 'TIMBRU SPECIAL ROMANIA' overprint stamp at lower centre was applied by Romanian authorities to validate the note for circulation in Bukovina. |
