A central vignette presents a coloured panoramic townscape flanked on either side by large numeral '3' tablets on dark grounds; below the vignette a red banner bears the inscription 'BISCHÖFL. RESIDENZ 1247 BIS 1802', with the municipal seal in red at lower left and the date 'Neuhaus i. Westfalen, den 1. Nov. 1921' along the bottom margin. |
