| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in teal-blue and red on white paper, with a large central white circular vignette bearing the bold Gothic numeral '25' above the denomination inscription 'Pfennig' in Fraktur script. Four red ceramic jugs with floral decoration occupy each corner of the note, framing the central motif.
