Obverse description The face of this Austrian Notgeld voucher is printed in dark olive-brown on a pale paper ground with a fine wavy-line guilloche underprint covering the entire field. The denomination numeral "20" appears in large bold type at upper centre, flanked left and right by the word "HELLER" set within dotted rectangular panels. Six ornamental Art Nouveau vignette cartouches, arranged in two vertical columns on each lateral margin, carry stylised foliate and arrow motifs. The centre field bears the issuer title in bold blackletter script, followed by a redemption pledge, a validity date of 30 November 1920, and facsimile signatures of the deputy and mayor below their respective titles. At the foot, the place name "WEILBACH" is enclosed within a pointed arrow-shaped panel flanked by small scroll ornaments.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in black on plain cream-coloured paper, entirely without ornamental borders or vignettes. The denomination "Zwanzig Heller" is set in large blackletter type at the upper centre, followed by the issuer title "Gutschein der Gemeinde Weilbach" in bold roman type. Below, a centred block of German text in roman script states the legal authority for the issue, citing the municipal committee resolution of 2 May 1920. A faint ghost impression of the obverse design is visible through the thin paper stock.
