| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse presents an entirely typographic design with no figural imagery, characteristic of Anabaptist coinage from Münster. The central field bears the inscription THO MVNS TER arranged in three lines within a beaded inner circle, with the date 1534 appearing above it. Surrounding this central cartouche is a concentric band of Low German legend in raised hammered lettering, reading INT. RIKE. GODES. EIN. KONINCK. VPRECHT. OVE` AL. EIN. GODT. EIN. GELOVE. EIN. DOEPE, proclaiming the Anabaptist theological tenets of one God, one faith, one baptism. The entire composition is enclosed within a beaded border at the rim, with text reading in both directions around the field, consistent with the revolutionary religious character of the Münster Anabaptist kingdom of 1534. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse, like the obverse, is entirely typographic in design, bearing no figural or heraldic elements. The central field contains a five-line Low German inscription reading DAT WOR T IS FLEISCH GEWORDEN VN WANET IN VNS, a paraphrase of John 1:14 affirming the Incarnation, a key Anabaptist doctrinal statement. This central text block is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, surrounded by a concentric outer legend reading WE. NICHT. GEBORE. IS. VTH. DE. WATE. VN. GEISTE. MACH. NICHT. IN. GAEN, a reference to John 3:5 on baptism by water and spirit. The outer legend continues around the full circumference of the coin and is separated from the inner field by a beaded annulus.
