A traditional Dutch windmill rises prominently in the right field, anchoring the composition within the Netherlands landscape and serving as a powerful symbol of national identity. Selective gold plating highlights the Lancaster bombers, the falling supply packages, and the windmill, lending a vivid three-dimensional contrast to the finely engraved silver field.
