A decorative border of scrolling floral and foliate ornaments frames the entire note, and the issuing locality name 'Säusenstein' is set in large Gothic script across the lower margin. A small printer's imprint appears at the very foot of the note. |

Below the vignette, within a decorative guilloche cartouche, a three-line redemption text guarantees exchange into legal tender, with the expiry date 'Laufzeit bis 30.
