| Beschrijving voorzijde | Printed in green on white paper, the obverse carries a central rectangular vignette with a letterpress view of the village of Säusenstein, with a church tower rising above surrounding rooftops and trees against a clouded sky. The denomination '10' appears in large Gothic numerals at the upper left and right corners, with 'Heller' inscribed between them at the top. A decorative border of scrolling floral and foliate ornaments frames the entire note, and the issuing locality name 'Säusenstein' is set in large Gothic script across the lower margin. A small printer's imprint appears at the very foot of the note. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse, printed in green on white paper, presents a large central vignette in a woodcut-like style showing a robed Madonna figure holding a child, surrounded by kneeling and standing armoured knights or worshippers in a devotional scene. Above the vignette, the denomination '10 Heller' is set to the left, with the three-line heading 'Gutschein der Gemeinde Säusenstein' in Gothic script to the right. Below the vignette, within a decorative guilloche cartouche, a three-line redemption text guarantees exchange into legal tender, with the expiry date 'Laufzeit bis 30. Dezember 1920.' and the facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister. The printer's imprint and designer credit appear at the foot. |
