| Obverse description | Printed in green on white paper, the obverse carries a central rectangular vignette with a letterpress view of the village of Säusenstein, with a church tower rising above surrounding rooftops and trees against a clouded sky. The denomination '10' appears in large Gothic numerals at the upper left and right corners, with 'Heller' inscribed between them at the top. A decorative border of scrolling floral and foliate ornaments frames the entire note, and the issuing locality name 'Säusenstein' is set in large Gothic script across the lower margin. A small printer's imprint appears at the very foot of the note. |
