The Salzkammergut-Druckerei in nearby Gmunden — a regional press serving the lake district — handled production for several of these village-level issues, which keeps the printing quality modest but consistent across the locality.
Three signatories were required: the Bürgermeister and both Gemeinderäte, a formality that underscores how seriously even the smallest communes treated the legal standing of their emergency currency in 1920.
