备注	Bruck-Waasen is a small Upper Austrian municipality, and this 10 Heller note is a product of the Notgeld wave that swept Austria between 1919 and 1921 — a period when small coinage had effectively vanished from circulation due to metal hoarding and post-war economic dislocation. Thousands of Austrian communes issued their own emergency paper in these denominations, and the quality ranged from crude rubber-stamp affairs to genuinely ambitious local printing jobs. Dohlmaier's involvement here suggests a degree of intentional design rather than improvisation. The signature of Bürgermeister Jos. Wohlmair gave the note its local legal authority — however informal that authority was in practice.
