Obverse description Black letterpress print over an orange underprint, with serial numbers in blue. At left, a vignette carries the coat of arms of Mexico; at right, a circular blue seal bears a radiant Phrygian cap set above a mountain range. The face carries the full text of the authorising decree together with the printed signatures of the Governor, the Senior Official of the Secretariat, and the Provisional General Treasurer.
