| 背面描述 | Facing bust in the same stylized Visigothic manner as the obverse, depicting a frontal effigy with a diademed crown topped by a cross, wearing a beaded collar and schematically rendered drapery. The surrounding Latin legend names the mint of issue, distributed around the central figure within a beaded border. The execution follows the standard pseudo-imperial formula of Visigothic tremisses struck at Mérida, with the mint name MANDOLA serving as the principal identifying feature of the reverse type. |

Gundemaro reigned just two years before dying in 612, likely of illness, leaving behind one of the shortest and most obscure reigns in Visigothic history. His tremisses are correspondingly rare. The Nandolas mint is tentatively identified as a site in the Iberian interior, though its precise location remains debated among specialists — Pliego's corpus lists it without a confident modern toponym.
