Gundemaro reigned just two years before dying in 612, likely of illness, leaving behind one of the shortest and most obscure reigns in Visigothic history. His tremisses are correspondingly rare. The Nandolas mint is tentatively identified as a site in the Iberian interior, though its precise location remains debated among specialists — Pliego's corpus lists it without a confident modern toponym.
