These pieces are not legal tender and were never intended to be; they exist to verify ink adhesion, registration, and substrate performance on live production machinery.
The "Gajah Mada" designation references the 14th-century Majapahit prime minister whose name has been attached to several Indonesian institutional projects, here serving as a series identifier rather than a commemorative statement.
