| Descrizione del dritto | Within a beaded inner circle, a royal crown rendered in high relief occupies the central field, depicted in a stylised Gothic manner with three fleurs-de-lis finials rising from the band. The crown rests over a hatched or striated base element. Surrounding the beaded circle, a circular legend in uncial Latin characters reads the royal title of Erik, King of Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. The flan is irregular, as is typical of hammered coinage of this period. |

The cross is rendered in a simple, unadorned style characteristic of Danish medieval sterling coinage. A circular legend in uncial Latin characters surrounds the beaded circle, identifying the mint of issue at Næstved. The flan exhibits the irregular shape and uneven surfaces typical of hand-struck medieval silver issues. |
