Obverse description Helmeted head of Athena facing right, rendered in a robust, somewhat archaic provincial style. The helmet covers the skull and nape, with strands of hair visible beneath the brim. A spear or staff appears diagonally behind the head, partially overlapping the neck truncation. The field is plain and the flan is irregular, typical of Iberian bronze coinage of the period.
Obverse script Iberian (Levantine)

Reverse description A hippocampus (mythological sea-horse) depicted facing right within a circular border, its equine forebody arching dynamically and its serpentine fish-tail curling beneath the body. The creature is rendered in a lively, schematic style characteristic of Iberian imitative coinage. The Iberian legend ETERTER appears in the lower portion of the field, inscribed in Levantine semi-syllabic script. The flan is thick and irregular, consistent with cast-blank hammered production of the 2nd century BC.
