Beschrijving voorzijde Right-facing bust of Pope Clement XII wearing the papal camauro and richly embroidered vestments adorned with a prominent cross pattée at the collar, rendered in high relief with finely detailed drapery characteristic of the Hamerani workshop. The effigy occupies the majority of the obverse field, with the pope depicted in a naturalistic, slightly aged portrait style. The abbreviated Latin legend is divided across both sides of the bust, reading CLEM. XII . P . M . A. VI., identifying the pontiff as Clement XII, Pontifex Maximus, in the sixth year of his reign. The coin's milled border frames the design with a uniform raised edge.

Beschrijving keerzijde The reverse presents a bold, symmetrical cartouche composed of elaborate Baroque scrollwork and foliate ornaments, framing a two-line inscription across the central field. At the apex of the cartouche, a crowned papal tiara is flanked by acanthus scrolls, while floral and shell motifs decorate the lower portion of the frame. Within the cartouche, the motto LABOR ADDITVS appears in two lines in large capital letters, with the date 1735 inscribed below. The legend alludes to the additional labors undertaken by the aged pontiff, a reference to his later pontificate. The overall design exemplifies the refined Baroque engraving style of the Roman papal mint under the Hamerani dynasty.
