Obverse description Highly schematized and abstracted head depicted in profile, rendered in the characteristic La Tène Celtic artistic style without a neck, the facial features reduced to two prominent globular bosses representing the eye and chin. Three parallel curved lines sweep diagonally across the field to the right of the head, likely stylized hair or decorative elements derived from earlier Greek prototypes. The design is deeply cast in low relief with a broad flat flan typical of Gaulish potin coinage. No legend or inscription is present. The surface shows characteristic green patina consistent with the tin-rich bronze alloy.
