| Descrizione del dritto | Hybrid anthropomorphic-zoomorphic effigy depicting a royal bust with crowned head mounted upon a bird's body, oriented to the right, the figure brandishing a sword in the right hand. To the dexter field, a heraldic shield is depicted with a ring or annulet above. The design is contained within a plain inner circle, typical of the bracteate-influenced Pfennig coinage of the Styrian region. The overall style reflects the crude but expressive hammered die-work characteristic of 13th-century Central European minor coinage. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse, as is typical of thin hammered Pfennige of this period and region, bears an incuse and mirror-image impression of the obverse design transferred through the thin silver flan during striking, with the faint suggestion of a quadruped form visible, possibly an incidental or secondary design element. The surface is heavily worn and irregular, consistent with the low silver content and crude manufacture of circulating Styrian bracteate-style coinage of the 13th century. |
