Obverse description A episcopal crosier depicted centrally within an inner beaded circle, rendered in a bold, simplified Romanesque style typical of Catalan feudal coinage. The crosier head curves to the right within the inner field. A circular Latin legend reading AGRIMONT VRGI (Agramunt Urgell) surrounds the central motif, contained between an inner beaded circle and an outer beaded border.

Reverse description A plain Latin cross occupies the central field, dividing it into four quarters, within an inner beaded circle. The arms of the cross are bold and of equal length, characteristic of the hammered feudal coinage of the County of Urgell. A circular Latin legend reading ERMENGO COME (Armengol Count) encircles the cross between the inner beaded circle and an outer beaded border, with a cross pattée serving as a punctuation mark at the legend's commencement.
