Cilicia in the fourth century hosted a dense cluster of semi-autonomous cities and dynasts, many of them issuing fractional silver that is still being properly attributed. SNG Levante 215 falls within a group of obols whose precise civic origin remains unresolved — the reference assigns a broad regional identity rather than a specific mint, which is itself diagnostic of how fragmented and competitive coinage authority was in this corridor during the Achaemenid satrapial period.
