| 背面描述 | A Roman soldier or emperor, depicted in military attire and helmet, stands to the right on horseback, spearing a fallen barbarian enemy beneath the horse's hooves. The fallen figure reaches upward in a gesture of supplication. This FEL TEMP REPARATIO type with the 'falling horseman' composition is one of the most widely produced reverse types of the mid-4th century, symbolising Roman military supremacy and the restoration of prosperous times. The reverse legend encircles the scene, with the officina mark and mint signature appearing in the exergue. |
