| Reverse description | Hammered reverse bearing a three-line Arabic legend in thuluth script filling the field. The upper line reads 'Azza Nasruhu' (May His victory be glorious), the central line contains the mint formula 'Duriba fi Qustantiniyya' (Struck in Constantinople), and the lower line bears the AH regnal date '925'. The inscription is arranged within the plain, unbordered field on the irregular flan, consistent with the utilitarian aesthetic of Ottoman copper mangir coinage of the early sixteenth century. No additional decorative devices or border ornaments are present. |
