Reverse description Central field displays a Srivatsa symbol — an auspicious endless knot motif of ancient Indian and Southeast Asian origin — with a conch shell (sankha) depicted within or immediately adjacent to it. The conch shell is a traditional symbol of royalty and Buddhist sanctity in Burmese numismatic iconography. Both devices are rendered in the characteristically bold and somewhat abstract hammered style of Konbaung-period coinage, consistent with the Srikshetra artistic tradition.
