The regnal date is placed in the field on either side of the bust, with LB indicating Year 2 of the usurper's reign. The composition follows the standard Alexandrian reverse type for divine busts, with the deity rendered in a dignified, hieratic style befitting his syncretic Greco-Egyptian character.

附加信息	Domitian II's Egyptian usurpation lasted mere months in 297–298 AD before Diocletian's forces crushed it entirely — so thoroughly that ancient sources barely acknowledge the episode. Coinage from Alexandria during this rebellion is exceptionally rare, and the Serapis type in particular appears to have been struck in very limited quantities, possibly reflecting a mint operating under siege conditions or severe metal shortages. Dattari's original attribution of this series took decades to be fully accepted, as so few examples were known.
