正面描述	Youthful bare head of Dionysos in right profile, the hair rendered in loose wavy locks swept back from the forehead and gathered at the nape. An ivy wreath adorns the crown of the head, depicted as a cluster of berries above the brow, characteristic of the god's iconography. The modelling is in a fine early fourth-century Thessalian style, with delicate facial features and a naturalistic treatment of the hair. The field is plain and the flan is of typical irregular oval shape.

背面描述	Central field features an amphora with two handles, depicted in a plain, schematic style. To the right stands a prochous (oinochoe) with its handle oriented to the right, both vessels associated with the Dionysiac cult and symposiastic imagery. The inscription ΛΑΜΙ-ΕΩ-Ν, the ethnic of the city of Lamia in Thessaly, is disposed around the field in three segments, identifying the issuing authority. The composition is well-centered on the irregular flan, with the lettering in clear archaic Greek capitals.
