Obverse description Large eagle with outstretched wings, head on the left, cutting the legend at 12 o`clock, the talons on the quarterly shield of Bavarian-Palatinate to dexter and on the Luxembourgish shield to the lion crawling to the left on a field of five pieces sinister. The two crowns divide the legend. Legend between two pearled circles.
