The king wears a diadem tied at the rear, with a crescent and star emblem visible above the forehead, characteristic of Parthian royal iconography. He is draped in a torque-adorned garment visible at the lower neck, with beaded or dotted detailing along the neckline. The portrait is executed in a bold, slightly stylized Hellenistic tradition, with strong facial features and a pronounced eye. A faint border of dots or dashes frames the coin's edge.

The inscription identifies the king with his royal titles in Greek. The engraving is characteristic of the later Parthian style, with a compact, somewhat schematic rendering of the seated figure.
