| Beschrijving voorzijde | Diademed bust of the ruler Hvaramira facing right, rendered in a schematic Indo-Scythian style typical of the Paratarajas series. The effigy displays a stylized radiate or diademed headdress with boldly modelled hair striations visible to the left of the face. The facial features, though worn, retain the characteristic profile portrait derived from Hellenistic prototypes as transmitted through the Indo-Parthian tradition. The field is largely plain, with a beaded border encircling the flan. |

The Paratarajas were an Indo-Scythian dynasty controlling territory in what is now Sindh and western Rajasthan, issuing their own coinage in deliberate imitation of earlier Kshatrapa issues. Hvaramira is among the more obscure rulers in the sequence — the dynastic chronology itself remains contested, with scholars placing individual reigns largely through die studies and stratigraphy rather than any surviving written record.
