Opis awersu	Central field displays a quartered heraldic shield bearing the arms of Bavaria (lozengy bendy sinister) and the lion of Looz, surmounted by an ornate fleur-de-lis crown with three prominent fleurons, all executed in high relief. The shield is set within a plain inner circle, with the entire design characteristic of late Gothic heraldic coinage. A circular Latin legend in Gothic lettering runs between the inner beaded circle and the outer raised rim, reading the issuer's title and style. The flan is irregular, as typical of hammered gold coinage of the period.
