Popis líce	Crab depicted facing, rendered in high relief with outstretched claws and splayed legs filling the field. The carapace is prominently raised and finely detailed, conveying a naturalistic style typical of Sicilian and island bronze coinage of the Hellenistic period. The design is enclosed within a border of raised dots (beaded border) running along the coin's periphery.

Popis rubu	A caduceus depicted upright in the center of the field, its wings and serpent-entwined staff clearly rendered. The central device is surrounded by a wreath of laurel or olive leaves, tied at the top and extending symmetrically around the field. The reverse is unlettered, with no exergual inscription, consistent with the small bronze fractional coinage of Lopadusa.
